Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction for complex projects (labs, hospitals, education)
  • Manage subcontractors, site crews, and daily operations
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and leadership teams
  • Maintain schedules, safety standards, and daily reporting logs
  • Oversee quality, project delivery, and site communications

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5-15 years' experience in commercial construction
  • Proven delivery of complex healthcare or lab projects
  • Stable career history (3-4 years per employer)
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Experience with self-perform GC work (preferred)
