Oversee the day-to-day field operations of the project or area assigned, from planning to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, daily scheduling, supervision of all site or area activities, tasks and personnel, and ensuring the safety and overall compliance of the project or area.

Job Description

  • 7+ years of superintendent experience, with at least 5 years in a lead role
  • Proven success managing multiple, complex projects in education, municipal, commercial or institutional construction
  • Strong Documentation skills is a must
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with master scheduling preferred
  • Proficiency in Procore and other construction related software

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of lead Site Superintendent experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
  • OSHA 30 certificate or ability to attain it within 12 months of hire
  • Experience with education projects
  • Experience with master scheduling
  • Proficient in MS Office Platforms and Procore
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and drive project schedules
  • Knowledge of all elements of commercial construction and understanding of skilled trades
