Job Description

Site Superintendent - MF Sitework - Charlottesville, VA will perform:

  • Lead all site-related construction activities from mobilization through completion
  • Oversee earthwork, utilities, grading, paving, and landscape/hardscape scopes
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
  • Manage site logistics, sequencing, and trade coordination for complex exterior scopes
  • Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve delays or field issues
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management and design teams
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards

The Successful Applicant

Site Superintendent - MF Sitework - Charlottesville, VA should have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent with a focus on sitework/exterior scopes
  • Strong background in earthwork, utilities, grading, and site development
  • Experience on large-scale multifamily or wood-frame construction projects preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex site logistics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to be on-site in Charlottesville, VA
