Job Description

The Superintendent - Multifamily - Charlottesville, VA will be responsible for:

  • Leading all site-related construction activities from mobilization through completion
  • Overseeing earthwork, utilities, grading, paving, and landscape/hardscape scopes
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
  • Managing site logistics, sequencing, and trade coordination for complex exterior scopes
  • Monitoring project schedules and proactively resolve delays or field issues
  • Collaborating closely with Project Management and design teams
  • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Multifamily - Charlottesville, VA should have:

  • 6+ years of Site Superintendent experience
  • Experience in complex sitework, earthwork, hardscape/landscape
  • Experience on large-scale multifamily or wood-frame construction projects preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex site logistics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to be on-site in Charlottesville, VA
