Job Description

  • Direct daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to maintain quality workmanship and compliance with safety requirements.
  • Enforce site safety policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to minimize delays.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and project teams to communicate status updates and resolve issues effectively.
