Job Description

* Lead daily site operations for an occupied and high-profile luxury residential project
* Manage project schedules, subcontractors, quality control, and site logistics
* Maintain daily logs, photo documentation, safety meetings, and drawing management
* Utilise Procore and Microsoft Project to track progress and communicate updates

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Site Superintendent experience in luxury residential construction
* Experience with complex interior renovations and high-end custom homes
* Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction technology platforms
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously
* Polished communication skills and experience working with discerning clientele
