With a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative team environment, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career within the high-end residential construction industryJob DescriptionTake full responsibility for day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager and project team.Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications.Coordinate inspections, deliveries, building access, and site logistics.Identify potential schedule, quality, or coordination issues and proactively resolve them.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.Conduct regular site walks and track project progress.Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, and building management.Manage punch-list activities and project closeout.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
