Known for their integrity, collaborative culture, and high-quality execution, they specialize in commercial and civil construction projects with a strong emphasis on site development, grading, utilities, and infrastructure.Job DescriptionThe Construction Superintendent will take ownership of on-site construction activities with a focus on sitework scopes, including earthwork, grading, utilities, stormwater systems, paving, and related civil tasks. This individual will coordinate subcontractors, manage field crews, and ensure all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all on-site construction activities for sitework scopesCoordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelOversee earthwork, grading, excavation, underground utilities, and paving operationsInterpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and contract documentsMaintain project schedule, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actionsEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standardsConduct daily site inspections and maintain detailed progress reportsCollaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and stakeholdersEnsure quality control and adherence to project specificationsLead jobsite meetings and coordinate workflow across tradesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
