They offer a collaborative environment focused on innovation, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement.Job Description ResponsibilitiesProgram, maintain, and optimise SMT equipment and production processes.Troubleshoot assembly and manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to improve quality, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.Develop manufacturing, assembly, and rework processes for new and existing products.Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and resolve production-related defects.Collaborate with Operations to improve yields, cycle times, throughput, and efficiency.Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, process instructions, and work procedures.Support quality initiatives, corrective actions, MRB activities, and root cause investigations.Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.Review and implement engineering changes and customer-driven revisions.Evaluate manufacturing equipment and recommend improvements.Ensure ESD compliance and maintain a safe production environment.Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel as required.Support capacity planning and process development initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
