Job Description

  • Manage daily field operations on healthcare construction projects
  • Lead renovations and construction activities within occupied healthcare facilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and healthcare stakeholders
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone achievement
  • Enforce safety protocols and infection control requirements
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and client standards
  • Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch-list activities
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation using Procore
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and leadership teams
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare clients and facility personnel
  • Travel extensively throughout the Southeast as project needs require

The Successful Applicant

  • Superintendent experience within commercial construction
  • Strong healthcare construction experience required
  • Experience working inside active, occupied healthcare facilities required
  • Experience managing interior healthcare renovations strongly preferred
  • Ground-up healthcare construction experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of healthcare safety and operational requirements
  • Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel full-time throughout the Southeast
  • Self-motivated and capable of operating independently
