A well-established, privately held general contractor with nearly 40 years of experience, specializing in retail, industrial, and commercial construction across the Southeast and beyond. They have built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects safely, on time, and within budget, with ~90%+ of their work coming from repeat clients.

Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and scheduling across multiple projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Enforce job site safety and compliance at all times
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and design teams
  • Proactively identify and resolve field issues
  • Handle site reporting, inspections, and punch list completion

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Strong background in retail construction (ground-up and/or remodels)
  • Experience managing multi-site or traveling projects
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
