Job Description

  • Manage and oversee construction projects across the southeastern United States, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project status, progress, and any issues encountered.
  • Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a productive and efficient work environment.
