The organization offers a collaborative culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, employee development, and long-term stability.Job DescriptionManage and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems, databases, and reporting tools.Perform statistical analysis to evaluate manufacturing process capability and equipment performance.Monitor production data to identify trends, process variation, and opportunities for improvement.Develop and implement SPC methodologies that improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.Serve as a technical resource for statistical analysis, process improvement, and quality engineering initiatives.Train manufacturing and engineering teams on SPC concepts, statistical techniques, problem-solving tools, and quality best practices.Support and lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects designed to improve productivity and reduce defects.Partner with production, engineering, quality, suppliers, and customers to drive continuous improvement efforts.Generate reports and presentations detailing process performance, quality trends, and improvement initiatives.Maintain measurement systems and support Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities.Conduct Gauge R&R, stability studies, and accuracy assessments to validate measurement systems.Assist with calibration program oversight to ensure measurement equipment reliability and compliance.Maintain quality documentation and records while supporting compliance with customer and industry requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
