This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who thrives on solving complex technical challenges for high-impact applications.Job DescriptionLead manufacturing process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support new product launches from concept through production ramp-up.Drive DFM/DFA reviews, process validation, risk assessments, and manufacturing readiness activities.Develop and improve tooling, fixturing, automation, and production methods.Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.Support capital equipment projects, process scaling, and operational growth initiatives.Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to manufacturing engineering team members.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
