Job Description

  • Partner with leadership to advise on EHS strategy, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Lead and execute comprehensive environmental and safety audits to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and deliver safety programs, procedures, and training across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards
  • Manage safety equipment programs and ensure teams are properly equipped
  • Maintain safety records, documentation, and training systems
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and incident response

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of people management experience and 8+ years in EHS
  • Proven experience in EHS leadership within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
  • Experience with hazardous waste management and environmental regulations preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive safety initiatives
  • AS9100 experience preferred
