Job Description

  • Review construction plans, specifications, and project requirements to develop comprehensive cost estimates for complex commercial projects.
  • Assess labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare accurate and competitive bid proposals.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates support project objectives and schedules.
  • Utilize historical cost data and current market conditions to enhance estimating accuracy and forecasting.
  • Prepare and present cost analyses and bid recommendations to leadership teams and clients for review and approval.
