Job Description

  • Directed MEP construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout.
  • Led subcontractors and project teams to achieve safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
  • Managed MEP issue resolution, risk mitigation, and field-to-design coordination.
  • Partnered with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to drive project success.
  • Oversaw quality assurance, commissioning, and compliance for mission-critical facilities.
  • Ensured successful delivery of complex MEP systems through proactive planning and execution.

  • Managed project teams, trade partners, and consultants to achieve schedule and budget goals.
  • Oversaw MEP design coordination, procurement, commissioning, and project turnover.
  • Directed quality control, safety compliance, and risk management across all project phases.
  • Administered project financials, including forecasting, change orders, and cost controls.
  • Travel to projects throughout Texas and the Southeast, maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
