Their systems enable some of the world's most sophisticated products and support high-volume production for leading global customers.Job DescriptionThis role will report directly into the Director of Electrical Engineering and be responsible for:Leading electrical engineering projects from concept through manufacturing release and product launch.Coordinating activities across electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, systems, quality, manufacturing, service, and supply chain teams.Developing and maintaining project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting within project management tools.Facilitating technical reviews, including requirements, preliminary design, critical design, detailed design, and verification readiness reviews.Tracking action items, risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution and closure.Managing project risks, mitigation plans, engineering changes, and issue escalation processes.Supporting FMEA activities, risk reduction efforts, and adherence to product development processes and design governance requirements.Partnering with stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives, quality expectations, and schedule commitments.Supporting manufacturing readiness, product introduction activities, sustaining engineering projects, and obsolescence initiatives.Communicating project health, key decisions, milestone progress, and critical updates to leadership and stakeholders.Identifying organizational barriers and proactively driving solutions to maintain project momentum.Building strong cross-functional relationships and creating alignment across competing priorities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
