Known for its commitment to safety, quality, innovation, and long-term client partnerships, the business continues to experience significant growth across Texas through a diverse portfolio of data center developments and major infrastructure projects.Job DescriptionThe Sr. Scheduler will report to senior project leadership and work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and regional operations teams to develop and maintain project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.Create baseline schedules, milestone plans, and recovery schedules for active projects.Analyze schedule performance and identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.Collaborate with field operations and project management teams to ensure schedule accuracy.Prepare monthly schedule updates, progress reports, and executive-level presentations.Support pull planning, look-ahead scheduling, and earned value tracking initiatives.Drive schedule best practices across multiple concurrent projects throughout Texas.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
