Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and enforce project specifications
  • Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment
  • Travel extensively to various project locations, staying on-site for extended periods

The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced Superintendent with a background in large-scale commercial and mission critical construction projects, including data center developments.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage field personnel, coordinate trade partners, and resolve jobsite challenges efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, project schedules, specifications, and sequencing requirements.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Open to extensive travel and capable of managing projects on-site throughout the full duration of construction.
