We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected commercial construction firm seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale, ground-up projects across the light industrial, higher education, and municipal markets. You will be responsible for the overall field operations of multiple ground-up projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineering teams.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and cost impacts.
  • Mentor and develop field staff and emerging superintendents.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of construction supervision experience.
  • Proven success delivering ground-up light industrial projects.
  • Experience managing higher education and municipal construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
  • Ability to lead large project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
