The company offers a collaborative, people-first culture and a strong commitment to internal career growth and development.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities for a $26M ground-up hotel project in Charlotte, NC.Oversee construction of a 113,039-square-foot, five-storey, 145-room hospitality development.Manage daily field operations, site logistics, safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor performance.Coordinate project execution from the planned start date of 9 October 2026 through the 22-month project duration.Supervise and mentor an Assistant Superintendent assigned to the project.Drive schedule adherence, productivity, and project milestones while maintaining quality standards.Collaborate closely with project management, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership representatives.Oversee construction involving ICF systems, load-bearing metal studs, bar joists, and pour-in-place metal deck assemblies.Maintain a safe, organised, and productive job site environment.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
