Job Description

    • Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules.
    • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor quality control processes and proactively resolve field issues.
    • Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, schedules, and project milestones.
    • Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders.
    • Review construction documents and ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications.
    • Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and daily logs.

The Successful Applicant

    • Previous experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and field operations.
    • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
    • Proficiency with construction management software and technology tools.
    • Stable work history with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
