Job Description

  • Lead all field operations for luxury villa construction
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety
  • Coordinate activities with project management teams
  • Drive schedule performance and quality standards
  • Maintain client and stakeholder relationships

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of construction supervision experience
  • Luxury residential or hospitality project experience preferred
  • Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
  • Proven track record delivering projects safely and on time
