Sr. Superintendent - Private Construction - South Shore, MA

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve project challenges.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct inspections to maintain high-quality standards and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast resource needs and manage project budgets.
