Job Description

  • The Sr Superintendenet will lead all field operations for assigned high-rise construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with project management teams.
  • Manage and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate construction activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and maintain communication with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
  • Drive jobsite safety initiatives and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications.
  • Oversee inspections, permitting requirements, and turnover activities.
  • The Sr Superintendent will identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays.
  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of construction experience as a Sr Superintendent with a commercial general contractor in the Miami market.
  • Proven experience leading ground-up high-rise construction projects.
  • Experience managing concrete structure, podium, and vertical construction activities.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, scheduling, and site management.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractor trades in an active construction environment.
  • Experience utilizing project management and scheduling software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
