The organization continues to secure new projects and maintain a healthy pipeline of work throughout the region.Job DescriptionThe Sr Superintendenet will lead all field operations for assigned high-rise construction projects.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with project management teams.Manage and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.Coordinate construction activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.Conduct regular site meetings and maintain communication with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.Drive jobsite safety initiatives and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications.Oversee inspections, permitting requirements, and turnover activities.The Sr Superintendent will identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays.Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant10+ years of construction experience as a Sr Superintendent with a commercial general contractor in the Miami market.Proven experience leading ground-up high-rise construction projects.Experience managing concrete structure, podium, and vertical construction activities.Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, scheduling, and site management.Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractor trades in an active construction environment.Experience utilizing project management and scheduling software.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.What's on OfferCompetitive salary range: $171,000 - $209,000.Exceptional health benefits.Generous paid time off (PTO) policy.Interested?
