The organization offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where engineers have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies that help improve patient outcomes and advance healthcare worldwide.Job DescriptionLead manufacturing readiness efforts for new medical device products and catheter sub-assemblies.Drive process development, qualification, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support successful transfer of products and processes from R&D and innovation teams into full-scale manufacturing.Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, balancing business priorities and operational objectives.Identify, investigate, and resolve complex manufacturing challenges with innovative and sustainable solutions.Lead Lean and Six Sigma improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, capacity, and cost optimization.Develop and optimize manufacturing equipment, workflows, line layouts, and test methods.Create and maintain compliant documentation supporting validations, qualifications, and quality system requirements.Act as a technical leader and mentor to engineers and technicians.Collaborate with quality, operations, supply chain, R&D, and leadership teams to achieve business goals.Support risk assessments, failure investigations, and regulatory compliance activities.Provide technical leadership on cross-functional and multi-site initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
