Superintendent - $100M/YR General Contractor - Milwaukee

• Oversee all daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain efficient project execution.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies through inspections, meetings, and corrective actions.
• Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to maintain construction milestones.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and RFIs to ensure work complies with project requirements.
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field issues to ensure workmanship meets contract standards.
• Manage material deliveries, equipment utilization, and site logistics to support uninterrupted construction activities.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and field conditions with project managers, owners, architects, and other stakeholders.
