They offer the resources and expertise of a large contractor while maintaining the accessibility, culture, and leadership engagement of a family-owned organization.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of a Superintendent:Manage all daily on-site construction operations.Lead field execution and coordinate subcontractors across multiple trades.Maintain project safety, quality, and production standards.Develop and manage 2-3 week look-ahead schedules.Coordinate work activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.Partner closely with Project Managers and project stakeholders throughout construction.Oversee project execution for CM-at-Risk and negotiated projects.Ensure proper sequencing of work from site development through final commissioning.Troubleshoot field issues and provide practical solutions to keep projects moving.Mentor foremen and field staff while maintaining accountability for performance.Manage labor productivity and support hands-on construction activities when needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
