Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and issues efficiently.

  • Experience with managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and subcontractors.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and delays effectively.
