The Superintendent will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating with teams, and maintaining safety compliance.
  • End-of-year bonus based on company profitability, 2 weeks PTO to start, 401k
  • monthly auto allowance of $592.25 and a company fuel card.

Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders as needed.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during construction in a timely manner.
