We are seeking a Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to support high-profile construction projects, beginning with a renovation/addition assignment in Augusta, GA and transitioning to a major ground-up senior living development in Raleigh, NC. These roles will lead field operations, drive project execution, uphold safety standards, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description

  • Lead daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction.
  • Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field issues to maintain progress.
  • Enforce company safety standards and promote a culture centered on incident prevention.
  • Oversee quality control efforts and ensure work meets project specifications and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to support project planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Manage site activities for renovation, addition, and ground-up construction projects.
  • Maintain clear communication with owners, architects, engineers, and internal leadership teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working in the field on commercial construction projects.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily construction operations.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, quality control, and project execution.
  • Proven communication and leadership skills in a construction environment.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate between project assignments as required.



Preferred Experience

  • Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience on large commercial projects.
  • Experience with ground-up construction and major renovation/addition projects.
  • Background in senior living, hospitality, industrial, automotive, or other large-scale commercial markets.
  • Experience managing projects valued up to $60M or greater.
