Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a highly respected, employee-owned general contractor with a strong presence throughout the Southeast. This opportunity offers the chance to lead a high-profile renovation at Augusta National before transitioning to a $60M ground-up senior living development in Raleigh, providing long-term project stability and career growth.

Their Carolinas operations are among the strongest in the organization, delivering projects across industrial, automotive, hospitality, commercial, and institutional markets.

Job Description

  • Lead all field operations, subcontractor coordination, and project execution activities
  • Manage project schedules, quality control, safety compliance, and site logistics
  • Oversee an addition and renovation project at Augusta National from September through December
  • Transition to a $60M ground-up senior living project in Raleigh from January 2027 through May 2028
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Ground-up construction experience required; large-scale commercial project experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
  • Ability to travel and work on assigned project locations throughout the Carolinas and Southeast

$160,000-$185,000+ Total Compensation Package

  • Base salary of $140,000-$160,000
  • $800/month vehicle allowance, project bonuses, housing assistance, and $1,000-$2,000 per diem
