This is an opportunity to work on a highly visible projects while advancing your career with a contractor recognized for innovation, operational excellence, and long-term employee retention.Please apply now for immediate consideration!Job DescriptionAs the Superintendent, you will take ownership of all site-based construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Lead day-to-day field operations, site logistics, workforce coordination, and subcontractor management.Drive project schedules, site productivity, and construction sequencing to achieve critical milestones.Champion a best-in-class safety culture through proactive planning, compliance monitoring, and field leadership.Maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, trade partners, and internal project teams.Oversee project quality programs, inspections, documentation, and punch list management.Support preconstruction activities including constructability reviews, schedule development, procurement planning, and quantity take-offs.Identify project risks, solve field challenges, and implement innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
