This individual will manage field operations from start to finish while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction on large-scale commercial and industrial developments.

Job Description

The responsibilities of a superintendent are:

  • Lead on-site construction activities for base building and industrial projects ranging from $10M-$40M+
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and quality control
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and ownership teams
  • Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain project documentation
  • Drive projects to successful completion while meeting budget and schedule objectives
  • Enforce safety standards and company procedures on-site
  • Collaborate with project teams using Procore, PlanGrid, and Newforma
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the construction process

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintedent should have:

  • 15+ years of construction experience preferred
  • Proven Superintendent experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Experience with tilt-up concrete (tilt-wall) construction and/or structural steel framing is strongly preferred
  • Experience overseeing base building projects valued at $10M+ preferred
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site management
  • Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, and/or Newforma is preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
