Job Description

  • Lead field operations on municipal construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities
  • Coordinate with project managers, owners, and public stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget requirements
  • Oversee daily site logistics, inspections, and project documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Superintendent experience with a general contractor
  • Municipal construction experience required
  • Background delivering schools, fire stations, courthouses, or similar projects
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Proven history of successfully managing large-scale public projects
