Superintendent - Charleston (Blacksburg, SC Project)

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the construction process.
• Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate project updates to management and other relevant parties.
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of work.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges efficiently and professionally.
