Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Oversee quality control measures to guarantee high standards of construction.
  • Track project progress and address any deviations from the planned schedule or budget.
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
  • Identify and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to all local building codes and regulations in Charleston.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Experience on $20M+ ground-up projects
  • Municipal, education, or commercial background preferred
  • Strong leadership and scheduling abilities
  • Proven success leading field operations.
