Job Description

  • Supervise all aspects of municipal construction projects to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site.
  • Manage material procurement and inventory for construction activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
  • Communicate progress and updates to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 8+ years of superintendent experience
  • Experience on municipal or institutional projects
  • Managed projects exceeding $20M in value
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills
  • Proven safety and team leadership record
