Experiencing significant growth in recent years, the company offers a collaborative culture, long-term stability, and strong advancement opportunities.Job DescriptionManage daily field operations for civil construction projects throughout Massachusetts.Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient project execution.Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall site performance.Maintain compliance with all safety requirements and company standards.Collaborate with project management and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery.Oversee construction activities involving water and sewer infrastructure, underground utilities, drainage, roadway, and sitework projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget expectations.Travel to project sites throughout the South Shore, Cape Cod, Greater Boston, and other Massachusetts locations as required.Work on-site five days per week in a field-based leadership capacity.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
