Job Description

  • Manage daily field operations and site logistics.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections.
  • Drive project schedules and milestone completion.
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Conduct subcontractor meetings and site coordination.
  • Oversee punch lists, project turnover, and closeout activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and client teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience delivering Class A office interiors and tenant improvement projects.
  • Experience managing occupied-space renovations and high-end corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be based in the Georgia market with established local construction experience.
