Reporting into senior operations leadership, your responsibilities will include:Leading all onsite field operations, including direct supervision of trades, labor, and subcontractorsEnsuring projects are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and agreed schedulesCoordinating materials, tools, equipment, and workforce planning to maintain workflow efficiencyActing as the primary onsite point of contact for clients and stakeholder teamsManaging site documentation including daily reports, safety logs, time sheets, and incident reportingDriving best‑in‑class safety performance and conducting regular site audits and walksSupporting quality control, pre‑punch, and closeout activities to ensure a smooth handoverMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
