Superintendent - Class A Interiors - Top 250 ENR GC

As the Superintendent, you will take full ownership of onsite delivery, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting into senior operations leadership, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading all onsite field operations, including direct supervision of trades, labor, and subcontractors
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and agreed schedules
• Coordinating materials, tools, equipment, and workforce planning to maintain workflow efficiency
• Acting as the primary onsite point of contact for clients and stakeholder teams
• Managing site documentation including daily reports, safety logs, time sheets, and incident reporting
• Driving best‑in‑class safety performance and conducting regular site audits and walks
• Supporting quality control, pre‑punch, and closeout activities to ensure a smooth handover
