Job Description

  • Lead and manage all field operations from project start through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved on time.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
  • Drive quality control efforts with a particular focus on high-end interior finishes.
  • Maintain a safe and productive jobsite while enforcing company safety standards.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
  • Manage punch list activities and ensure successful project turnover.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
  • Proven experience delivering projects with Class A finishes.
  • Background in hospitality, Class A office, corporate interiors, mixed-use, or other high-end commercial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and trade coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
