Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain short-term schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of jobsite safety.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work is completed to specification.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and design teams.
  • Identify and resolve field challenges proactively to maintain project schedules.
  • Lead site meetings and maintain accurate daily reports.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience managing Class A office interior or tenant improvement projects valued at $5M+.
  • Strong understanding of interiors construction, occupied renovations, and fast-track project delivery.
  • Ability to lead multiple trades and maintain project schedules in active environments.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA certification preferre
