Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for Class A office projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with project management teams.
  • Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct daily site walks and proactively address project challenges.
  • Enforce OSHA standards and company safety requirements.
  • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and site planning sessions.
  • Monitor quality control throughout all phases of construction.
  • Review construction documents and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout activities.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and site records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Class A Office should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing Class A office construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools preferred.
