Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Supervise site staff and subcontractors to ensure proper workflow and adherence to project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates on project progress.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects, preferably in the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
