Job Description

The Superintendent will report to Senior Operations Leadership and will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will serve as the primary field leader and coordinate all on-site construction activities.

  • Manage all field operations from project start through closeout
  • Lead project scheduling activities and coordinate subcontractors on site
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs, company standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
  • Identify and proactively resolve construction issues to maintain project schedules
  • Partner with Project Managers, clients, design teams, and trade partners throughout execution
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and site communication

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Commercial Construction we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Experience managing projects within sectors such as healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, education, mission critical, restaurant, or similar commercial markets
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management skills
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project controls
  • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and quality control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stable career progression with a track record of successful project delivery
