Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and site cleanliness
  • Drive project execution in alignment with budget, timeline, and milestones
  • Maintain and update detailed project schedules reflecting real-time progress
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Monitor site logistics, phasing plans, and inspections across project life cycle
  • Proactively communicate changes, risks, and issues with the project team
  • Foster strong subcontractor relationships and uphold a collaborative culture
  • Support and mentor junior team members while promoting best practices

The Successful Applicant

What were looking for:

  • 3-5+ years' experience as a Superintendent with a reputable GC
  • Proven ability to manage, train, and develop field teams
  • Experience delivering projects between $10M-$50M
  • Exposure to sectors such as Higher Education, K-12, Commercial, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, and project controls
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Driven, growth-oriented mindset with a team-first approach
