Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Arlington, MA

The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will:

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment with expectations.
• Manage and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
