Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Central Alabama

• Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient use of time and materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address design and construction challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Foster a safe and productive work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
